Optimisation
There are now a maximum number of regions, points of interest, and levels that can be spawned at a time (4 regions, 7 points of interest, 12 mid-job levels). When a new one is spawned, the oldest is deleted for each category.
Simplified segmented enemy logic, improving performance, and made them inactive if not in aggro range.
Simplified hiearchy for a few locations.
Casino rewards now spawn faster (from a incremental gap of 3 to 2).
Lowered default graphics settings (a bunch of settings that don't really effect any visual quality given the game's visual style).
Bugs
Casino rewards now spawn correctly in hierarchy, and no longer ignore origin shifting.
Balance
Added 3 more copies of an existing enemy to asteroid region.
