Balance changes:
Human Units
Mech combat rating increased from 450 -> 650. This means less of them will come in attack waves.
Mech rocket damage decreased from 40 -> 30.
Mech rocket splash range decreased from 50 -> 40.
Mech base health decreased from 350 -> 300.
Missile Launcher base attack range decreased from 150 -> 110.
Missile Launcher base splash range decreased from 60 -> 45.
Missile launcher base damage decreased from 30 -> 20.
Flamer base health decreased from 50 -> 35.
Flamer base attack range increased from 30 -> 40.
Flamer base speed increased from 50 -> 70.
Flamer base attacks per second decreased from 2.5 -> 1.5.
Attackship base max health reduced from 375 -> 300.
Attackship base Attacks per second reduced from 4 -> 3.
Difficulty Adjustments
Impossible AI threat gain reduced from 1.4 -> 1.3.
Impossible threat decay reduced from .93 -> .91.
Hard AI threat gain reduced from 1.2 -> 1.15.
Impossible Difficulty upgrades
Explosive radius decreased from 10 -> 8.
Range decreased from 50 -> 35.
