Bug Heroes: Tower Defense changes
We’re excited to announce a big update featuring the brand-new Playground Mode! Jump into the Training Grounds to experiment with builds and towers, create your own maps, and share them with other players. We also worked in some other nice additions, like Steam Achievements, a new Bug Token store, and more!
Playground Mode
Design your own level by customizing enemy spawn points, Food Stash location, paths, objects, decorations, and more
Fully customizable enemy waves (including bosses)
Get creative with character dialogue bubbles
Tons of gameplay options to configure: 0–3 heroes, keep non-controlled heroes deployed on the battlefield, starting resources, quests, and more
Share your levels with other players—and download and play levels created by the community
New Bug Token store
Earn Bug Tokens when other players download your shared maps
Spend Bug Tokens to increase the star level of your existing upgrades—or purchase new ones

Steam achievements
New Bug Juice hero upgrade - Keep your alternate heroes deployed on the battlefield, even when you’re not controlling them!
