Stabilization & Fixes Update is Now Live!

Hi everyone,

Our first Early Access update for Bug Alliance is now live!

This update focuses on stabilization, balance improvements, quality-of-life changes, bug fixes, and player feedback. We’ve also added Leaderboards, so players can now compete, compare their best runs, and prove who has survived the chaos the longest.

This is not a huge content update, but it is an important one for improving the core experience before the next major roadmap update.

Leaderboards Are Here!

Leaderboards have been added to Bug Alliance!

You can now compete for your best runs, compare your scores with other players, and show everyone who has truly mastered the art of being the most unemployed warrior in Volucris.

Or, in more professional terms: you can now see how far you stand against other players.

Tactical Gear Progression Improved

We reduced the unlock requirements for Tactical Gears, making progression smoother and less grind-heavy.

Tactical Gears are an important part of build variety, so players should now be able to unlock, try, and experiment with them more naturally during progression.

Kazi Balance Improvements

We increased Kazi’s stats and improved his weapons and abilities.

Kazi should now feel stronger, more responsive, and more rewarding to play, especially when building around poison, acid, and area control.

Improved Enemy Pathfinding

Enemy pathfinding has been improved.

Enemies should now move more reliably through the map, behave more naturally during fights, and get stuck less often.

Quality-of-Life Improvements

We added several quality-of-life improvements based on early feedback.

These changes are focused on making the game feel smoother, clearer, and more comfortable to play.

Bug Fixes

We also fixed a decent amount of bugs.

Not the actual bugs in the game. Those are still very much armed and dangerous.

But you get the idea.

Update Highlights

  • Leaderboards have been added

  • Reduced requirements for Tactical Gear unlock conditions

  • Increased Kazi’s stats

  • Improved Kazi’s weapons and abilities

  • Improved enemy pathfinding

  • Balance improvements

  • UI / QoL updates

  • Progression tuning

  • Difficulty and reward adjustments

  • Player feedback changes

  • A decent amount of bug fixes

What’s Next?

This update is part of our Early Access roadmap, and we’ll continue improving Bug Alliance step by step with player feedback.

Our next major update is planned to bring new content, including a new map, a new race, new enemies and bosses, a new story chapter, new achievements, and a new playable character: Prizrak.

As always, your feedback is extremely valuable to us. You can share suggestions, bug reports, balance feedback, and ideas through Steam Discussions, Discord, and the in-game Bug Report / Feedback button in the main menu.

Thank you for playing and supporting Bug Alliance.

See you on the battlefield!
