Boyfiend & Ghoulfriend changes
This first post-release update fixes a few minor bugs and reduces the difficulty of some challenges.
Thank you to everyone who brought some of these issues to my attention. Happy puzzling!
Version 1.0.1 Patch Notes
Gameplay
Reduced height of initial high-jump in first level to increase chance of success at lower framerates
Fixed an issue where the “Speedrunner” medal would fail to complete if the displayed stage completion time was equal to the target time
Fixed an issue where the calculated stage completion time for “Speedrunner” medals was 1 second longer than the actual completion time
Increased the duration that certain timed torches remain active for
Reduced speed of certain moving platforms to prevent players falling through them while in motion
Reduced the difficulty of obtaining certain “Precision” and “Accuracy” medals
Reduced the total number of medals required to reach the game’s end
Visuals & Interface
Fixed an issue causing the total number of collectibles in a level to be displayed incorrectly in “Hunter” medals after respawning at a checkpoint
Adjusted clarity of unavailable areas in the third world’s level selection zone
Audio
Reduced volume of jingle on final screen
