We would like to inform you about the BonfireSimulator 1.08 update.
This update includes new systems, balance adjustments, and various bug fixes.

1.08 Patch Notes
The food unlock system has been changed. Food is now unlocked upon clearing stages, and you can select up to three types of food before starting a session.
A gold system has been added. Both embers and gold are now used as currencies for in-session purchases.
Gold is earned over time based on your in-game score, at a fixed rate per second.
The camping upgrade system has been revamped. Gold is now used as the main currency, and the upgrade limit has been removed.
The stew quality system has been simplified, and its effects have been adjusted.
The automatic acquisition of special abilities based on time/score progression during a session has been removed.
10 new abilities related to the new gold currency have been added.
Some underused abilities have been removed.
A system has been added where additional bonfire particles are generated when certain conditions are met.
Chopping trees now guarantees obtaining branches.
Hovering over a tree now displays its current state and growth progress.
The cooking time for sweet potatoes has been significantly reduced.
Frame drops in the Snowfield stage have been improved.
Some bugged objects have been fixed, and overall balance adjustments have been made.
An issue where certain abilities did not function correctly has been fixed.
