Player Feedback

  • Added regen settings, low-health thresholds, and multiple quip pools to player creation.

  • Regen loop, heal cooldowns, low-health quips, regen quips, and reload quips added to player step.

  • HUD updated with low-health tint, recovery overlay, ammo prompts, and wobbling quip text.

  • Taking damage now resets regen timers and triggers fire-damage quips instantly.

Block Spawn Profiles

  • Added BlockSpawnProfiles: reusable entries with weights, groups, and quip data.

  • Spawners (endless, level, custom) now load from cloned profiles and respect grouping flags.

  • Quip announcements now use cooldowns to avoid spam.

  • Level table rewritten so stages reference named profiles for consistent spawn mixes.

Endless Mode

  • Endless acceleration rebalanced using profile arrays and safer speed scaling.

  • Added shared quip cooldown across spawners.

  • Added EndlessMode script defining cadence, unlock order, and helper methods.

  • Endless spawner rewritten to unlock blocks by score, trigger lasers/black bars, and tighten timers over time.

  • Endless editor hardened: safer list navigation, valid chance edits, SpawnCoins respected, and custom runs reset cleanly.

  • Difficulty label/color seeded and restored so HUD text always stays valid.

  • Endless HUD now renders during pause and falls back to safe defaults.

  • After countdowns, the game returns to Playing and endless spawning resumes automatically.

Boss Updates

  • Boomer variants now pick attacks once, run correct telegraphs and vulnerability rules, and aim projectiles using player coordinates.

  • Narcel (normal and buffed) and boss five now reset positions, pick their next move, and sync flavor text and alarms with the upcoming attack.

  • Fixed some Block Spider boss animations (Made look more complete)

Misc Changes/Fixes

  • Removed Dungeons game mode, to reduce project complexity.

  • Removed Heart Powerup (Player will not regen after some time)

  • Fixed damage bug with some entities/objects (Some Bosses were not damaging the player correctly)

Note: Dungeons will be introduced in a different way in the future.
