Patch 1.0.4 - New Skirmish map

Hello there! Patch 1.0.4 is out, adding the new Mining Platform skirmish map. It's got 3 automatic Extraction Forts, guarded by space pirates. Some neutral enemies have also been added to the Dune skirmish map.
