Bibidi Bibidi! changes
👋🏻 Greetings Spellcasters!
Today we are doing something we hope to do a lot of going forward. We are partaking in a Steam event for the first time; the Wonders Of Wizardry Steam event (make sure to check out the event page and see the other games that are in it)! To make it extra special we have a freshly cooked update for it.
We call today's update The Wonders Of Wizardry Update. This is what's new in it...
New cards with a handy effect, and others yet that might conjure up your imagination.
New encounters with monsters that don't mess around.
Spells now have visual effects, for a more satisfying casting experience!
Refreshed art to make everything more cohesive.
Quality of life features requested by our playtesters.
A reporting feature to make it easier to submit feedback, requests and bugs.
If you would like a more comprehensive list, Daan wrote up a full change log over here.
💬 We need your feedback!
The biggest pitfall for new deckbuilders seems to be the lack of balance and replayability. That's why we're partaking in this event as a publicly accessible Alpha instead of as a Demo, we want to take these things seriously from the beginning.
Since the game is still in its early stages, there are many features still in development as well as content to be made. Daan and I work hard every day to get it all in there!
With your help we'll be able to get Bibidi Bibidi to where it needs to be a lot quicker.
So please share your thoughts with us after playing! Either in the Bibidi Bibidi discord server or by using the bug report button in-game.
And one last favour: if you know anyone who's into deckbuilders, would you tell them about the game? I mean it when I say we need playtesters and feedback!
That's all for now!
Magical regards ❤️,
Jonas & Daan
