Hello, hello!
We're back after Next Fest, ready to work more than ever before!
From now on, there will be a few updates to the demo version of Besmirch. That said, any existing bugs and crashes will be addressed.
We've fixed all the issues mentioned after the last update.
Here's a little bug fix breakdown:
Fixed a rare crash happening during Beet Festival;
Fixed a crash where the player dies due to starvation in a cutscene;
No more walking on water;
Phantom Beet Festival game is gone for good;
3 days of darkness monster doesn't duplicate;
Fixed items disappearing from the in-house cabinet when picked up;
The crucifix is no longer a lantern;
When using the controller and holding the lantern/crucifix/flashlight, the player no longer follows the cursor.
And a couple more issues mentioned by players. Thank you, everybody, for the feedback!
We also added a bug reporting tool! Now, you can report bugs by clicking a little bug guy on the front screen. How cool is that?!
