Behold the Horde changes
After its Early Access journey, Behold the Horde officially reaches Version 1.0.
This update focuses on refinement, clarity, and delivering the definitive experience the game was always meant to be.
A Redesigned World
The main map has been completely reworked and is now divided into four distinct zones, each with its own enemy types and bosses.
Progression is now clearer, more structured, and more intentional.
Improved UI
The interface has been redesigned to improve readability, clarity, and overall game feel.
Cleaner visuals. Better feedback. Less friction.
Enemy Scaling Rebalanced
Enemy stat scaling has been adjusted to create a smoother and fairer difficulty curve.
Encounters now feel more consistent, reactive, and skill-based.
A New Time System
The time mechanic has been fully redesigned:
You now lose time when hit by enemies • Time is no longer gained by killing enemies • Time is earned by completing challenges
This change shifts the focus toward skillful play, precision, and objective-based survival.
The Definitive Experience
Version 1.0 represents the finalized vision of Behold the Horde.
Thank you to everyone who supported the game during Early Access.
The arena is ready.
