BOUNCE BACK.
you know what time it is. update time!
NEW EDITOR FUNCTION: UNDO/REDO & ACTION LOGGING
You can finally take back your mistakes and regrets instead of sadly re-editing events manually. Turns out it's really hard to make these in a way that's bug-proof and doesn't crash, and there's a chance it STILL might crash!
If you do have crashes (resulting from the undo/redo function or otherwise,) please send them to our Github tracker so our code team can effectively track it!
Speaking of UNDO...
NEW SONGS
Rolobi's "UNDO UNDO" has been added to the Inverses atom.
Take a trip to the not-so-distant past and make some art! Make it funky enough, and you'll find yourself rocking out right next to those weird little stamps. Just make sure you don't crash the whole thing.
"my weird little tribute to kid pix deluxe 4, delay lama, meowsynth, and the elementary school computer lab." - Rolobi
CV35W's "Night Echo (Future Funk Mix)" has been added to the Bounce atom as the new intro song.
A nostalgic track accented with punchy kicks and chopped rhythms. Learn the magic of bounces and you'll find yourself among the stars! (Ladybug Castle, the old Bounce intro, has been moved from the intro slot to an intermediary slot within the Bounce atom.)
"writing the lyrics for this has made me realize i know like No Japanese" - CV35W

THE OTHER STUFF
Solidifying post-Early Access plans & questions
Our current roadmap going forward sees us (ideally) getting Beatblock to its most complete state late this year! With that in mind, here's some common questions and requests we've seen floating around:
Localizations? Currently in progress! We plan to get them in once we hit version 2.0, to ensure we can have our localizers deliver their work as smoothly as possible. Traditional & Simplified Chinese, Japanese, and Korean are on the docket, and we're curious to hear what else people want- let us know in the comments!
Porting to other consoles? No promises right now- it's a lot of work, and we'd like to focus on making sure Beatblock can shine at its best on PC before we consider releasing it elsewhere! With that said, never say never- we hope to offer more ways to beat blocks in the future.
More songs? Free or paid? As long as we're still kicking, you can expect more content
