First of all thank you so much for being here, it has been an incredibly busy month and it still feels very absurd that the Steam page is up and running let alone that so many of you have wishlisted Beat Vector.

I wanted to leave a little update on what has been happening throughout the last one month, so I can keep you all in the loop about the progress of the game and what you can expect in the upcoming month!

Social Media

We now officially have a few pages up that you might have seen on the right side of the page, I will do my best to regularly update via all of those platforms so you can follow along on whichever platform you prefer! I hope to see you all over there too!

Progress

In terms of development Beat Vector received

  • 2 new maps for the club scene and 2 new maps for the Ballroom along with 1 new grime track

  • Reactive particle effects that will respond to your gameplay along with some light finetunings

  • Leaderboards

  • Got the first working builds on steam and started with the rest of the integration (achievements etc)

  • And much much more but I wouldn't want to tire you with a 10 pages long novel.

If you are curious about more of the details on how are the everydays, I published a little sneak peek on Youtube on how does a regular day of charting work at Beat Vector hope you will enjoy!

Plans for this month

I very much hope that by the end of the month we can begin some closed playtests and maybe even dare I say have a demo page out! I still have a lot to learn on the infra side of the development, and hope I can get all the integration / demo separation up and running ASAP but please do bear with me, it is a one man show at least for now. Nevertheless I will be doing my best to keep up!

As always thank you so much for being here and sharing this journey and I hope I can get you something truly unique and cool out for you all soon!

Until next time take care and see you soon!
