We squashed a LOT of bugs. Some were game breaking, some were annoying. Spoiler Alert! There are still some bugs that are hiding from us. We have weapons and spray ready when we find them.

Changes and Improvements

  • Introduced offsets for components like the Alternator. This allows the player to switch the timing/pattern of certain components.

  • UI Navigation with keyboard and controllers

  • Navigation on menus such as settings and main menu.

  • Navigation of components. On a controller, the player can now press a button to start navigating components and easily select one to place.

  • Changed some component descriptions that were too complex or lengthy.

  • Adjusted packet and required packet visuals to make them easier to see, especially signal packets.

  • Various volume adjustments and balancing.

  • Added control for master volume in the settings menu. Plan to add control for instrument volume there as well, currently you can use the slider while playing to change this volume.

  • Renamed Signal Generator Whole to Signal Generator (Whole). Did the same for the Signal Generator (Quarter).

  • Changed one of the tutorial levels to include a tutorial for switching Alternator offsets.

  • Some default bindings were changed to accommodate UI Navigation on controllers.

  • Duplicate is now added as a default controller binding (R3, Right Stick Press, etc)

  • Separated refresh rate and resolution in settings for easier navigation.

  • Added VSync to settings.

  • Changed the dialog text to use a speech bubble, just looks better. The text was sized up for easier readability.

  • Some instrument volumes were adjusted for balance.

  • Added a confirmation screen for restarting a board.

  • Added a button for settings to the main menu.

  • Level progress is saved with every change, not just on level exit.
