changedPOST-GAMEWe've been thrilled to see how many of you want to keep playing after defeating the final boss. The good news is: you can! The way this currently works isn't very obvious, though, and we're looking at ways to improve that.
changedCrashes on Intel ChipsSome Intel CPUs can experience stability issues with Unreal Engine 5. While we're continuing to investigate reports, there are existing community workarounds that players have used across a number of UE5 titles.
changedCrashes on Intel ChipsIf you search online or browse the Steam forums, you'll find a variety of potential solutions. However, because these workarounds can sometimes produce unpredictable results, we're unable to officially recommend any specific method. If you decide to try one, please make sure it's from a trusted source and has been verified by other players.
changedMissing shaders errorWe see people who have GPUs below or recommended spec finding that they cannot launch the game due to having missing shaders. Unfortunately, this is a compatibility issue with integrated graphics cards.

POST-GAME

We've been thrilled to see how many of you want to keep playing after defeating the final boss. The good news is: you can! The way this currently works isn't very obvious, though, and we're looking at ways to improve that.

After defeating the final boss, your save file will currently place you on the night before the final battle. If you lose that fight, you'll be able to continue playing for as long as you'd like before challenging the boss again.

We're exploring ways to make this clearer and more visible in-game, but in the meantime, we hope this helps those of you who want to keep the pots boilin'!

Crashes on Intel Chips

Some Intel CPUs can experience stability issues with Unreal Engine 5. While we're continuing to investigate reports, there are existing community workarounds that players have used across a number of UE5 titles.

If you search online or browse the Steam forums, you'll find a variety of potential solutions. However, because these workarounds can sometimes produce unpredictable results, we're unable to officially recommend any specific method. Missing shaders error

We see people who have GPUs below or recommended spec finding that they cannot launch the game due to having missing shaders. Unfortunately, this is a compatibility issue with integrated graphics cards.

At this time, our min spec requires a video card NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1630, 4 GB or AMD Radeon R9 390, 8 GB. Some older cards can work, but we can not guarantee the game will work below this level of video card.

If you aren't sure:

  1. Open Start on Windows 11.

  2. Search for Device Manager and open

  3. Look at the entries under Display adapters.

  4. Confirm the number of adapters and the manufacturer to find the type you have.

  • If you see only one entry, such as Intel UHD Graphics or AMD Radeon Graphics, it is likely that you are using integrated graphics and may experience issues

  • If you see a dedicated GPU listed (for example, NVIDIA GeForce or AMD Radeon RX) in addition to integrated graphics, the PC has a discrete (dedicated) GPU.

While we'd love to support every type of computer in the future, we are not sure if we'll be able to support integrated graphics or older cards for this title. If you do have a dedicated video card and are still experiencing this issue, please reach out to info@timberline.studio and we'll work to get all the specifics so we can figure out what is happening.

Thank you again for all your support, feedback, bug reports, and LOVE! We can't wait to share more updates with you soon! ~ Timberline Studio
