Big shoutout to Tobias, who made a video on how to break the game for insane numbers (with the latest changes, this info should already be dated tho).

Balancing & Changes

  • Adjusted balance for many Skill cards: any Skill that deals no Damage will now be banished when played. This means they can only be used once per combat, making infinite combos no longer viable. Don’t get us wrong — pulling off massive damage is a lot of fun. But maybe that was a bit too much! We’re preparing so this won’t be possible in future events. (Though we’re sure you’ll still find other ways to break the game. 😉)

  • The Skill deck also received adjustments so it’s not as strong right from the start.

  • El Oso was having issues with his second ability. For now, he’ll keep only one ability until we can bring it back properly.

  • Marking Counter has been removed from Shop Specials. It’s no longer possible to add Brands to cards in the shop, but you can still gain Brands as rewards after defeating certain enemies.

Thank You!

Thanks again to everyone who joined the event and played the demo! Watching how you all approached the challenge helped us discover many ways to break the game that maybe shouldn’t exist — and quite a few bugs we would’ve never found on our own.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on these changes, so please let us know what you think!
