Fixed the in-game repository menu. It will now work correctly when neither Steam client nor Epic Games clients are running

Fixed UDP protocols (used to control motion sims and external dashboards) sometimes triggering an update twice
Fixed UDP protocols being provided a wrong dtSim when configured to an update rate which is lower than the current framerate

World Editor
Road Architect Tool
Fixed an issue where sidewalks/kerbs appeared raised above the ground, which was causing tire popping when driving over them. Bottom faces of sidewalks were also removed
- Terraforming Improvementadded triangle refinement before terraforming operations. This makes the terraforming less bumpy when camber is used
- User InterfaceAdded new Options tab. Currently it offers an option to load only the roads and not the terrain
Rendering Improvement: All decals (in all tool roads) now use the improvedSpline flag (used for better rendering)
- Convenience Featureadded isOverObject flag for each road. Now switchable inside the tool
Convenience Feature: Traffic lights on roundabouts now switched off by default
