New Feature Update
Candidates start at 13 IGP (Interest Group Points), Candidates get 1 an hour every hour for 48 hour Presidential Election, so in reality 60 total effective points.
Takes 80 points for all interest groups. You can feasibly fill out 6 full interest groups by the end of the Presidential Election.
An interest group being filled out is equivalent to 2 Target Ads in that interest group's states.
