Improvements to Server Stability

Hi Commanders,

We hope you've been enjoying the game!

We thank you all for your patience as we solve launch hiccups and get the game stable. We've solved quite a few issues at this point and have just released another patch to the back-end that should hopefully make the experience a lot better.

Please let us know what you think of it!

We're working on fixes to the other reported issues, in addition to further UI improvements, balance patches and much more.
