fixedI am more aware than anyone else of the various bugs and issues present in the current version. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. One thing I can promise is that development is actively ongoing, and these bugs will definitely be addressed in future updates.
addedAdding NPC Interactions: I want the player's actions to have a greater impact on the NPCs. I am currently testing various ways for NPCs to react to what the player does. This includes adding neighbor NPCs, additional merchant NPCs, and NPCs wandering the streets that you can interact with. Steam post imageSteam post imageSteam post image
addedNew Base: As the rocket tier upgrades, I am designing a way for players to step out of the basement and build their rockets in a completely new base. Steam post imageSteam post image
addedNew Rocket Tier: I am currently working on the "Engine Rocket," which will be the newest and final rocket tier. Unlike the previous rockets, this one is going to take a modular, expandable form. Since I'm implementing an entirely new type of rocket, it will likely take a bit more time to get right.

I can't believe half of June has already flown by. First of all, thank you so much for the incredible amount of interest you've shown in my game. Thanks to all of you, I've been incredibly happy, though my daily life has been quite busy.

While I can't share progress updates as frequently as I'd like, I plan to write these occasional devlogs to give you a peek into the development process. I don't know if I can fully meet your expectations, but I am doing my absolute best, so I ask for your patience just a little longer.

Here is what I'm working on:

  • Adding NPC Interactions: I want the player's actions to have a greater impact on the NPCs. I am currently testing various ways for NPCs to react to what the player does. This includes adding neighbor NPCs, additional merchant NPCs, and NPCs wandering the streets that you can interact with.

  • The Horizon and the Planet: I am testing a feature that will allow players to actually see the horizon, and eventually the entire planet, as they launch their rockets. This is one of the most challenging parts of development, but because it ties directly into the game's ending, it's a feature I absolutely want to include.

  • New Rocket Tier: I am currently working on the "Engine Rocket," which will be the newest and final rocket tier. Unlike the previous rockets, this one is going to take a modular, expandable form. Since I'm implementing an entirely new type of rocket, it will likely take a bit more time to get right.

And a few other things...

That’s all for today's progress report! Since I am a solo developer, things naturally take a bit more time, but I am pouring my heart into this project. Please hold on just a little longer, and I'll return with an even better version of the game.

Thank you, always.
