Birthday Bash Event Infos

We’re excited to share a small update regarding our upcoming seasonal content for Backrooms: Realm of Shadows.

We’ve been working on something special behind the scenes, and today we want to give you a first look at what’s coming next.

Event Start

The Birthday Bash Event will officially start on July 7 as a limited-time seasonal event and will run until July 21.

During this period, players will be able to experience new themed content across the game world.

New Lobby & Menu Updates

To match the event atmosphere, we’ve added:

• A new lobby decoration theme for the Birthday Bash event

• A brand-new menu soundtrack to fit the event’s mood and atmosphere

The goal is to create a subtle but unsettling celebration feeling within the Backrooms universe.

Secret Birthday Bash Level

A new secret level will be introduced during the event:

• The “Birthday Bash” Secret Level

• Players must explore Level 0 to find a hidden code

• This code must be entered correctly to unlock access to the secret experience

We won’t reveal too much about what’s inside, discovery is part of the experience.

Level 0 Changes

Level 0 will also receive some small environmental changes:

• Light birthday-themed decorations have been added

• Subtle environmental details to hint at the upcoming event

• Small atmospheric adjustments to support exploration during the event period

This event is meant to be a small but memorable experience within the world of Realm of Shadows.
