Axis Football 2019 changes
Hi folks,
I'm happy to announce that we've released Axis Football 2019 v2.6.0! This update addressed some gameplay issues and bugs. Here's a complete list:
Game improvements
Added custom playbooks via Mods/Playbooks folder. Check out some example playbooks and an excel sheet detailing more in that folder.
Updated play calling to take score into account, not just down and distance. There should be fewer blowout games where teams continue to throw the ball when ahead.
Added a delay to when offensive players will be notified of a fumble when it occurs behind the LoS, to mirror real life where the defense would have an advantage
Added a 25% penalty to catching after a pass is deflected
Reduced the amount of tackles broken behind the LoS, this was unnaturally high
Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where dropped passes were counted in stats if there was a deflection earlier in the play
Fixed a bug where multiple tackles were being broken at the same time, which was unrealistic
Fixed a bug with continuation into the endzone on a turnover + defensive touchdown where the line of scrimmage would end up in the endzone
Fixed a bug where receivers would get stuck on each other when running routes across the middle of the field
