addedWhat's New in 2.18...The more powerful secondary fire (RMB / LT) now has an Energy System . Each time you fire, it uses energy. When you stop firing, it regains energy. Rapid fire will quickly drain your energy until the system is forced to do a full recharge, during which time you can't fire.
