fixedDue to bug reports, these 2 features were disabled: - 'frames per second' are limited to 30. - 'strategic view' is always displayed if you zoom out. (these features will come back after corrections) Corrections: - a critical bug when you resume a savegame corrected. - by default, the game saves the world every 10 minutes. (instead 15m) - 'military engineering' skill corrected and will level up. - informations added to 'conscription' skill. - english and french corrections.
