Greetings, everyone!
This will be our last big patch for now, at least. Most major and minor bugs have been fixed, as well as the game has been tweaked here and there to suit best the players’ feedback.
Firstly, I’d like to remember to please leave a review on Steam. It helps as boost through Steam’s algorithm in these first weeks after launch ✨
Today we’re bringing some new languages to the game, as well as some minor fixes.
Without further ado, let’s go with it.
Additions:
● Korean language support (Kim, Tae-yi)
● Chinese (Simplified) language support (Butterfly 和 Torch of Distress + 27ddl)
Changes:
● Some Heaven Kingdom’s levels have been tweaked, making some sections less frustrating or adjusting some obstacles’ cycles to better support speedrunning.
Fixes:
● Fixed some collision problems and missing tiles in Boral Peak’s hub
● When unlocking a new biome, its name now properly displays after the unlocking animation.
● Some typos have been tweaked.
● An error regarding getting trapped inside terrain during the final boss fight has been solved.
● Leaderboards are now properly displayed in the first instance of opening a level’s “book menu”.
● The levels’ “book menu” and the hubs’ Atlas have been optimized.
● Camera going off-rails (causing OoB bugs) has presumably been fixed.
Future updates:
● Steam Cloud still doesn’t work. We don’t really know exactly why, but we’ll try contacting Steam support if we can’t figure out the cause.
● Level selection, exporting ghost racers and in-level ranking view are still things on our minds, although they’re not top priority and we’re currently working on our next project, so we don’t know when they’ll be added
