Astromino changes
New content
New monster: Lernamaw — a regenerating beast that heals 1 HP every half-second
New monster: Sednan Urchin + Messy Floor modifier — bottom 2 rows start pre-filled with garbage, Coin spaces shifted up.
New boss: Nova Remnant — a red-tinted column burns away every 4 pieces you place. The column shows a countdown, and warns you in pink when the next placement triggers the wipe.
3 new songs: "9.26 Kelvin", "Where?", and "No Great Filters".
More starting music — new runs now begin with three songs available instead of just one (Glass Canopy + "(Don't) Wait for Me" + "Boötes & Schrödinger Cats"), with the rest still earned by defeating bosses.
Title screen & menus
Animated loading screen with title intro — replaced the old "Loading…" text with four blocks that morph through tetromino shapes. When loading finishes, the throbber blocks fall away and the darkness and title graphic enter.
When you have a save in progress, the "New Game" button is hidden so only "Continue" shows.
Always-visible Jukebox — no longer hidden until you unlock a song.
Added an Encyclopedia — fully translated in all 24 languages.
Gameplay polish
Enemy nameplate — bottom-right of the screen now shows the enemy's actual name and active modifier.
Low-bag warning — when your draw bag is running dry, a red warning appears: "Two more pieces left!" → "One more piece left!" → "Final drop!"
Smoother win transition — when you defeat an enemy, you now watch it fall offscreen before the reward dialog appears (instead of the dialog popping up immediately while the enemy fell behind it).
Soft-drop damage carries within a piece — tap-and-release soft-drop now accumulates damage across releases within the same piece.
Better tutorial pacing — the tutorial is now split across multiple encounters, showing one topic at a time. Two new tutorial beats added.
Jukebox
Two-column layout — fits the full song list in a more compact dialog.
Locked songs are now visible — they appear as masked rows (each character of the name shown as ?) so you can see how much more there is to unlock without spoiling names.
Balance
Bomb stamp damage doubled — now deals 10 damage per block destroyed (was 5).
Abrogation Strain — cheaper (¢4, was ¢5) and weaker (+15 poison per copy, was +20).
Oortwalker buff — rebalanced from 3 dense rows to 4 deeper rows (6/5/4/3). Coins shift up 4 rows. The most-filled row now needs 4 blocks added to clear instead of 2.
Settings & controls
Input rebinding screens — new Keyboard & Mouse and Gamepad sub-menus in Settings let you remap every gameplay and menu action, choose between left-click/right-click/both for mouse selection, and pick stick/D-pad/both for piece movement on gamepad.
Text & terminology
Currency symbol fix — relic descriptions now use ¢ consistently (was a mix of $ and ¢).
"Scored" wording across stamp tooltips, relic descriptions, the Hardened modifier, and the Run-End summary — replaces "on clear" / "row clear" with the clearer "when scored" / "Row Score" terminology.
Echo Stone, Incubator, Propagule, Astrolabe, Gold Triangle, Somatic Chit, Ascetifier, Suppurative, Gravitolytic, Illuyanka's Promise — descriptions reworded for clarity (dropped redundant "per copy" tails, clearer scoring language).
Coin stamp tooltip trimmed of the "Unaffected by damage multipliers" tail.
