Weaver of Fate

  • Added The Web of Fate, a new Rank 7 endgame Sector with a multi-stage Pinnacle Boss fight

  • The Weaver drops Prophecy Loot Boxes, which grant Sectors with a Prophecy Affix

  • Prophecy Sectors have one sealed Prophecy Affix that grants guaranteed outcomes, like guaranteed drops or new mission encounters

  • Added Destiny Dice, which rerolls a Prophecy Affix

  • Added The Chosen One, a Weaver of Fate exclusive unique Chip

  • Some Prophecies like Black Market or Infinite Treasure unlock exclusive rewards

Damage Conversion

  • Increased Damage modifiers stay additive during Damage conversion

  • Thermal Damage modifiers apply at 100% during conversion (previously 33%)

  • More Thermal Damage applies only for the first Thermal Damage type of a conversion chain

  • Increased Thermal Damage applies to every Thermal Damage type of a conversion chain

Minion Power

  • Minion Power now determines what percentage of your ship's modifiers to increased/more Damage apply to your Minions. Minion Power has no longer an effect on other offensive stats like Multicrit or increased/more Ailment Damage (Debris, Aftershock, Burn, Radiation), those are inherited 1:1.

  • Offensive stats inherited from your ship are now always up-to-date (previously this was a snapshot created at summoning time)

  • All Minion Mods have been adjusted accordingly (see Mod section)

  • Upload now transfers only Weapons and Engines to the Upload Minion that don't belong to another Minion (previously all items not belonging to other Minions have been transferred)

  • Chips of an item are not applied a second time when an item is uploaded to a Minion

  • Added a preview setting to simulate playing as an Upload Minion

Boost Rework

  • Each Turbo Boost now grants 4% increased Action Speed (previously Attack Speed)

  • Each Focus Boost now grants 12% increased Crit Chance and Damage (previously only Crit Chance)

  • Each Forge Boost now grants 1% Armor repair per second (previously 0.8%)

  • Each Venom Boost now grants 6% more Damage over Time (previously 3%)

  • Added particle VFX for Boost

Ailment Changes

  • Each Shock now also grants -2% to Electric Resistance

  • Added Debuff Counters for Shock and Radiation stacks affecting your ship

  • Vfx Effects for Blind, Shock and Radiation

Campaign Changes

  • Improved the mission that unlocks Carlo

  • Replaced two Big Egg Hunts around level 40 with Big Mod Hunts

  • The Crafting Manual Reward now contains a small crafting Tutorial

  • The Starter Dice Reward is now granted at later missions (Sapphire Path and Emerald Path)

  • The Wheel of Fortune Reward now contains a small crafting Tutorial

  • New Kiki and Koko character art made by Daniel

  • Carlo, Kiki and Koko space ship art made by Daniel

Spirit Animal: Baltimore

  • Blast Pact reworked into Boost Pact: +9 to minimum Turbo Boost / +9 to minimum Shield Boost

  • New skill Avalanche: +3% more Damage per Boost

  • New skill Colony Bond: Boosts are shared with your allies

  • New skill Deep Reserves: +10 Energy / 1% more Thermal Damage per 1 Energy

  • New skill Primal Pack: +3 to maximum Shield and Forge Boost per Bulwark you control / Boosts are shared with your Bulwarks / Bulwarks cannot be cloned

  • Thick Fur now grants: 20% more Armor (previously 8%) / +5% to maximum Kinetic Resistance (unchanged) / 40% Thermal Damage taken as Kinetic Damage (previously 30%)

  • Pelt of Vengeance now grants400% increased reflected Damage (unchanged) / 4% chance to gain a random Boost when you reflect Damage (new)
  • Weight of Resilience now grants40% more Mass (previously 40% increased) / 15% less Damage taken while you have at least 150 Mass (previously 10% at 100 Mass)
  • Guardian's Fortitude now grants: +1 to maximum Bulwarks (unchanged) / 15% less Damage taken while a Bulwark is alive (previously 10%)

Spirit Animal: Lin

  • Ultimate Focus now grants: +6 to maximum Focus Boost (previously 5) / 20% chance to gain a Focus Boost on Critical Strike

  • Focal Point now grants+4% more Damage per Focus Boost (previously 5% increased) / 40% increased Focus Boost effect (previously 50%)

Skill Tree

  • New keystone Collimation: 40% less Damage / Deal 400% more Plasma Damage if you blinded an Enemy in the past 2 seconds

  • New major skill Venom Harvest: +1 to maximum Venom Boost / 1% chance to gain a Venom Boost on Enemy destroyed

Item Changes

  • Added Plasma Cutter, a new weapon base which fires a Plasma Nova in an arc.

  • Added Annihilator, a new engine base which spends Boost to deal massive AoE damage

  • Added Conduit, a unique weapon that becomes deadlier, the more Turbo Boost you have.

  • Added Goroboro, a unique weapon that damages your ship with every attack and provides Gore Stacks in exchange.

  • Added Dreamer, a unique weapon that spawns more auto-target projectiles, the more Focus Boost you have.

  • Added The Chosen One, a Weaver of Fate exclusive unique chip (including special Wheel of Fortune craft mode)

  • Added Nihalor's Eye, a new Prophecy exclusive unique chip

  • Added Forbidden Broodfire, a new Prophecy exclusive unique weapon

  • Added Goblin Fire, a new Prophecy exclusive unique engine

  • Glitch#0x8 will manifest as Voltron's Prison, a unique Shield that reflects Shocks you inflict back to you and grants more Damage per Shock on you in exchange.

  • Pelt of the Moon King additionally has "Trigger Rusty Spikes on Dodge" (existing items can be upgraded using an Infinity Dice)

  • Cannon has 10% Debris Chance

  • Taser has 20% Shock Chance

  • Zapper has 50% Shock Chance

  • Lin's Modesty has 8-12% more Damage per uncommon Chip (previously 3-7%)

  • Moonstone Nexus additionally has "Can be augmented with 1 additional Nexus Shard" (existing items can be upgraded using an Infinity Dice)

  • RockCat has 142-170% increased Explosive Damage (previously 105-142%) / Aftershock can repeat up to -2 to -1 additional times (previously -3)

  • Nukie has Reverse Knockback (previously Knockback) / Allocates Nuclear Storm

Mod Changes

  • Added Shadow Drone, which follow your ship in a formation and will use a copy of your Engine, whenever you do.

  • Added Impurity, which grants 10-20% more Damage per Damage Conversion

  • Guardian Drone has 50% Minion Power (unchanged) / 20% more Damage (previously 20% less Damage) / 50% less Action Speed (previously 20% less Attack Speed) / 10% less Damage taken (unchanged)

  • Hunter Drone has 50% Minion Power (unchanged) / 20% more Damage (previously 20% less Damage) / 50% less Action Speed (previously 20% less Attack Speed)

  • Titan Bulwark, Grim Bulwark and Aurora Bulwark have 75% Minion Power (previously 60%)

  • Parasite has 0-30% more Damage (previously 20% less - 20% more) / 25% less Action Speed

  • Beta-Ray has 5-25% more Electric and Nuclear Damage (previously 5-25% increased)

  • Pierce has Hits that pierce deal 20-40% more Damage (previously 20-40% increased)

  • Shamrock has 10-20% more Luck (previously 10-30%)

  • Twisted Mod Damage Affixes now grant 20% more Damage (previously 40% increased)

Balancing

  • Loot in regular Sectors has been adjusted to be similar to Abyss Loot

  • Increased Enemy Damage scaling after Monster Level 200

  • Mine Detonation Radius is now Mine Trigger Radius instead, added glossary entry for explanation

  • Virus limit is now per player

  • Virus Effect does no longer apply a separate more multiplier to Corrode

  • Virus Effect does no longer apply a separate more multiplier to Chronos

  • Plasma Nova no longer deals Melee Damage

  • Wings Power-Up grants Action Speed instead of Attack Speed

  • Parasite Offense is now also live-updated and no longer a snapshot

  • Parasites now prefer to spawn on enemies close to your ship

  • Mine Buffs now also apply to Parasites

  • Reduced effect of Time on Boss Exhaustion

  • Reduced effect of Time on Boss Lightning Beams

  • Death Threshold does not apply to self damage

  • Improved randomness of Boss attacks

  • Necroblast can now inherit Knockback from the destroyed Minion

  • All Carlo Eggs rewards benefit from egg multiplier

  • Charge multiplier works with Parasite Mines

  • Buff probability of higher levels in Mod Loot Boxes

  • Enemy Blast Mines deal more Damage

  • Afterburner Flames now last 60% longer

  • Fixed in-game Multicrit calculation

  • Fixed Critical Corrosion to work on Parasites

  • Fixed Debris Damage preview

  • Plasma Nova now reliably hits things

  • Fixed Nova rendering at high attack rates

  • Fixed Projectiles / Novas of destroyed entities deal the expected amount of damage

  • Non-crit multipliers no longer double-dip with Radiation + Critical Corrosion

  • Fixed Parasite Boost interactions

  • Death Screen now shows Radiation as death cause, instead of Corrupted Area
