addedAsteroids ++ 1.4.0Endless run is a brand new gamemode in which you are beating an endless queue of planets until you can’t take it anymore! It’s essentially a roguelite. If you die, you lose everything for that run (because hardcore mode is enabled for endless run) and submit a score how many planets and sectors you have beaten. Oh yeah, and ironman is also enabled. So no skill tree advantages.
changedHow it worksYou pick a difficulty, a random starting weapon, and you start off from easy planets featuring easy asteroids. However, everything else is locked, you can’t buy any other weapons, abilities and utilities! And your weapon is locked at level 1?!?! It’s as if you firstly started playing asteroids ++.
addedHow it worksWell when you beat a sector, you get to choose 3 options. This can be a new weapon, ability, utility, money or credits. It can also be a skill tree tier, which when chosen, it would increase the cap for your weapon that you can upgrade. Each tier gives +3 max level cap (tier 1 up to max level 3, tier 2 up to max level 6 and so on…)
changedHow it worksOnline multiplayer, this feature is currently in beta and is being extensively tested
addedHow it worksNew Asteroid: overclock asteroid (white color), asteroids accelerate over time, damage scales with their speed, explodes on fuse timer at high speed and spawns many asteroids upon the fuse ending
changedHow it worksMajor code refactoring, some things may be broken so let me know if you get any crashes or weird things happening!

Beating planets will gradularly increase planet difficulty, making things crazier. Can you get to a point where a planet gets bigger than the sun? Maybe a 20x20 planet is possible :)
Remappable controls and input system, this was a long time feature
