Assault On Proxima - 2023 Future Updates!

Hi Assault On Proxima Players and the Steam Community!

We at Delta Video Games hope you're enjoying the start of Summer ( Or perhaps the Winter if you live in the Southern Hemisphere? Hehe ) and hope you are all finding time to enjoy your favourite video games!

Assault On Proxima released into Steam Early Access last month on the 13th of May 2023 and we were really pleased to release the game then. We feel that Assault On Proxima in Early Access delivers an exciting and enjoyable Sci-Fi First Person Shooter experience. But it's important to understand that this is only the beginning of our adventures to the Proxima Centauri system and it has always been our ambition and objective to continue developing and expanding Assault On Proxima so that it really contains enough content to engage you, the player, in the full experience of this space adventure!

The Early Access version of Assault On Proxima contains 5 Campaign Game Levels (Singleplayer or up to 4 Player Cooperative) and 3 Player Vs Player Maps. But this initial content offering really only represents about half of what we intend to include in the final game. As we promised at the end of Act 1 our intention is to add a Second Act to the Assault On Proxima campaign for the full release of the game. But that's not all, we also intend to add more PvP Maps and Game Modes and also a Cooperative Horde Mode where you fight to survive against waves of Gacrux baddies!

We've got tons of cool things in the works for Assault On Proxima and we're really looking forward to sharing these awesome improvements to the game with you as this year progresses! A patch will be dropping this week which will add Full Controller Support (Apologies it's a tad late.)

Act 2 of Assault On Proxima will feature an adventure aboard a Gacrux Battleship. A battle across a Gacrux Shipyard on Proxima B, and combat against a huge Gacrux Leader!
