Repeated intro

Hey y'all, Matt here.

What changed

0 fixes1 addition3 changes0 removals
  • Events
  • Gameplay
  • UI and audio
changedI started development in late 2018 about 8 months after we released Ashi Wash, then but shelved the project in October 2019 due to rather a rather tumultuous series of events in our personal lives. I spent the pandemic working with our artist prototyping about a half dozen different projects, but we determined that all of them were a either bit beyond what we could handle with such a small team, or just not worth developing further for one reason or another.
addedFast forward almost three years, and Julian now has a totally awesome webcomic called The Nightmare Witch which is taking up most of his free time (the new chapter starts in November!), so I decided to go back and continue work on The Thing at the Window as a solo project.
changedGameplay is more or less complete, with only bugfixing, art, and general polish left! I'm releasing it in Early Access to get some unbiased feedback from the Steam community.
changedThe Thing at the Window releases October 24 at whatever time I happen to be around to press the "Release" button! So if you enjoy tense atmospheric horror then wishlist it and check it out!
