Artemis Book Two News

Chapter 6 of Book Two is complete. I sincerely apologize for the radio silence as we passed Q1 of this year, which I estimated Book Two would enter Early Access. On Steam, I keep personal matters personal. But I've seen some posts mentioning the passing of my mother in 2024, which happened and caused for significant delay working on Chapter 6. As 2024 came to a close, I stressed over how delayed the Chapter was and had to keep focused on completing it. Which meant I lost track of a lot of things. I completed the chapter on April 7th, 2025 and stepped away to give myself some space to collect myself and give me a moment to properly mourn and deal with many things I put aside.

There were some setbacks with the recent update. Since I'll be releasing Book Two as Early Access, I figured I'd merge the code with the Steam build. This caused some bugs with the SDCards and the achievement for that. I stripped that part of the code from the latest build, which means I'll be working on solution since my old code somehow broke. I'll likely just remove the SDCard hunt from the achievement since it will require an entire re-work and push the update later. You'll still have the SDCards to track down, but for the moment there will be no achievement for it until I code a new system for that.

I'm also working on some re-renders in Chapter 6. There is a scene that takes place in Chapter 6 that needs to be re-done. As well as fixing the textures on a couple of the lewd animations.

Since we're well within Q2 of this year, I'm pushing the Early Access release to August 2025. Once the Steam page for Book Two is approved, it will say Q3 2025 and I'll post progress leading up to release.
