Improvements
Removed the hard cap of max speed for Road Rage! game. Car speed will increase every 10 seconds until the end of the game
Traffic will increase in Road Rage! from the base to a maximum of 100% extra every 15 seconds, increasing 10%. This change is also for normal mode, instead of a flat 25% after 1/3 of the length of the game and a flat 50% after 2/3
