Patch Notes v0.6.2
New Features
Blueprint placement on top of already-placed buildings that are part of the blueprint now skips those buildings instead of blocking placement entirely ("blueprint extension")
A preliminary Redo system added via Shift+Control ("undo the undo")
New Journal tab added to the resource tree, displaying general world and production stats
UI
Changed resource icons to renders of the meshes (similar to buildings)
Recipe selector now shows the output item icon next to the recipe name
Super Splitter sorting dialogue clarified with renaming + a dividing line; resources can now be selected directly without first unselecting "All Resources"
Market now displays net percentage difference including bonuses, not just the price drop due to overselling
Potion recipes in the brewing UI can now be favorited and will sort to the top
Potion Cauldron tooltip now reports what it is currently brewing
Mana label font automatically shrinks when max Mana exceeds 1000 to prevent overflow
Building info UI positioning is now robust to UI scale changes
Academy Workshop dialog & Skill Tree UI improved in size
Top-down mode (Q) cliff edges are now more visually salient, for easier elevation discernment
Placed resource markers on world map now show a tooltip with the corresponding resource
Misc
Mana Crystals now only pulse and emit particles when they actually produce Mana, not continuously
Dynamically spawned vegetation around production buildings now bounces into the world rather than simply appearing
Buffed the Rapid Smelting and Infused Ingots alternate recipes
Tutorial now triggers when the player's Credits drop below 100 for the first time
Added icons to remaining chest/merchant research notifications
Performance & Modding
Micro-optimizations to world generation to reduce freezes during generation
Load/save menus now open significantly faster when many large saves are present
Micro-optimizations during game loading
Modded resources now receive auto-generated icons if no custom icons are provided
Bug Fixes
Fixed a load bug where saves larger than the default world size caused incorrect placement preview heights in certain map sections
Fixed a load bug where the Mana Capacity skill was being stacked on top of itself on every load
Fixed an edge case where transitioning directly from blueprint selection to placement did not properly cancel blueprint select mode
Fixed middle-mouse panning so up/down direction matches the same invert setting as left/right panning
Map bookmark color tweaked to be more visually distinct from merchant and gold ore markers
Fixed explored areas not visually updating when zooming the world map
