125 new decorations

The decoration catalogue has been rebuilt from the ground up. The old 86 decorations are gone, replaced by 125 hand-drawn aquatic species — freshwater plants, seagrasses, macroalgae, hard corals, LPS and soft corals, each with its real name in the shop.

Your existing decorations will look different. They keep their spot, their size and their earnings, but the artwork underneath them is new. Nothing was removed from your tank.

  • One new decoration unlocks at every level, all the way to 120

  • Prices now run from 10 gold to 1,500,000 gold, so there is finally something worth saving for late game

  • Every decoration you already own earns at least as much gold as it did before — no income was reduced

  • The most expensive decorations pay back slowly on purpose. They are a way to spend gold, not a money printer

26 Steam Achievements

Achievements are now real Steam achievements with their own icons.

If you have already met the requirements, they unlock the moment you launch this update — collection milestones, gold, levels, breeding, cleaning and feeding are all counted from your existing save. Expect a burst of notifications on your first launch.

Achievement icons now also appear in the in-game achievements panel and in the unlock notification.

Fixes

  • Your save could be erased if the game closed before it finished loading. The game now refuses to write over a save it has not read yet. This is the most important fix in this update.

  • The "while you were away" report could be overwritten by another pop-up before you had a chance to read it. Notifications now wait their turn instead of replacing each other.

  • "Breed now" could do nothing at all with no explanation. It now tells you exactly what is missing — usually a male of the same species, or one that is still growing up.

  • Decoration names are now shown in the shop, and fish and decoration names have an outline so they stay readable over bright artwork.

Localisation

The new breeding messages and the next-unlock hint are translated into all 23 supported languages.
