Hey folks! We already have another amazing update for you! While we are working on finalizing new quests and characters we have recently massively improved the graphics as well as the atmosphere in the game. There are new ambient sounds, the shadows are much more crisp and the light is brighter and more polished overall which makes enemies, objects like armors and weapons stand out even more than before. But that's not all. Like we said before, we are removing each UI placeholder step by step so expect smaller or bigger visual improvements in each coming update!

Higher Graphics And Better Performance!
The light is now brighter at spots where it's needed and darker areas look much more realistic. Shadows casted by leaves are very crisp which give you now a nice feeling of actually walking through a forest. On top of that this rendered light improves the performance again. That being said we are still working on performance drops that are not caused by the environment but by some AI errors and some other small coding issues. But we are very confident that we will soon get to the core issue of this and fix it entirely.
Ambient Sounds Added & Minor Sound Issues Fixed
Each location has now its own athmosphere with fitting ambient sounds of chirping birds and variation of wind sounds. These new sounds make gameplay more immersive and realistic. It's not completely done yet but the closer we get to the final Aclendi Woods version the more sounds will be added to round up the atmosphere, offering you a wonderful gaming experience.
Smoother Skin & Color Fixed
There was an issue with the human character skin color which made their faces look darker and in a way pale in some areas which was not intended. This issue has finally been fixed!
Combat UI Text Visual Improvement
We are also currently tweaking UI elements such as combat display text and other small things regarding the HUD. Step by step we will remove all placeholders that have been a big help to us for the time being but now it's time to remove them all and make it visually appealing as well as more logical in terms of menu navigation, equipping your character and level up your skills.
That's it for this update! We hope you like this graphics update and we are already cooking up a new enemy that is going to be placed in the level soon. This one is gonna be a real pain that's as much as we can reveal to you.
