addedWe’ve added a bunch of new items, mostly gadgets, and made gadgets more powerful in general. We’ve also reworked the throwing system, so that throwing your melee weapon is now a much more effective strategy. In addition to this, there’s some other improvements, such as reduced gem costs for Hideout Renovations, some item balancing and new voices for players 2-4.

Balancing changes

  • Gadget points now require more kills to get than they used to, but most gadgets use fewer gadget points when activated.

  • Buffed Cleaver melee weapon.

  • Buffed Adamant Spear melee weapon.

  • Buffed Bolt-Action Rifle ranged weapon.

  • Buffed most gadgets, including Rock, Anti-Ant Grenade, Poison Flask, Bile Sack, Dynamite Bundle, Shield Soap, Helping Hand, Turbocharger, Impact Thruster, Freeze Grenade, Serrated Javelin, Throwing Axe, Golden Cross and Kunai.

  • Nerfed Invincibility Generator gadget.

  • Buffed Razor-sharp Stinger trinket.

  • Reworked Vengeful Harmonica trinket.

Miscellaneous changes and fixes

  • Reworked item and entity throwing. Items now fly in a nice arc, and throwing melee weapons is easier and more effective.

  • Drastically reduced most Hideout Renovation gem costs.

  • Added new voices for players 2-4.

  • Added Crit Pots that drop critical orbs when destroyed.

  • Improved normal pot graphics to better reflect whether they contain gold or not.

  • Fix game getting unpaused if the player’s controller gets disconnected while the pause menu is open.

  • Pause the game automatically if all players’ controllers are disconnected.
