Repeated intro
Hello! Long time no see, basically just wanted to share how things are ticking along and let y'all know that the demo has a new minor update - think hotfix but it's like time has passed so a warmfix if you will, with some much requested QoL additions and a couple nasty bugs that affected a small amount of folks.

Antivirus Survivors 2003 Professional changes
Main thing is, update! Below is the changelog, it's not incredibly exciting but the nicest part is the ability to speed up certain animations like the level up slowdowns, BigWave progress and Plugin Installers. There's a new setting to control the speed of some things and in BigWave or Installer you can hold down Click to speed things up, just like the boot sequence.
Fixed leveling up while opening a Safe Folder completely breaking a run.
Added Keygen music.
Added Playstation controller light support, corresponds to current health.
Added Animation Speed option in settings menu to speed up things like the level up screen showing and closing.
Added support for closing menus with the X close buttons.
Added descriptions for player stats in the Stats Manager Menu.
Added a limiter to the sound bus, specifically for blowing up multiple Mines at once with Vapor.exe causing deafness.
Added new sounds for things like successful RAM downloads, individual spam ads, HP pickups and more.
Added rarity colours to upgrades in BigWave.
Added tooltips to the buttons in the Plugin Installer screen.
Skips in the Plugin Installers now refund the Key.
Sped up Vapor time.
Clicking during a Plugin Installer or BigWave now speeds up the process.
Changed pressing any key to just clicking to confirm BigWave installs.
Updated some tooltips for files like BigWave and Zips.
Luck now affects the success rate of zip and ram files.
Fixed RTL system languages causing the game's UI to flip completely.
Fixed cursor being able to leave the screen while waiting for a Plugin Installer to process.
Fixed stats at the end of the game not displaying correct numbers for weapon stats.
Fixed tooltips flipping orientation incorrectly in some menus.
Meta upgrades are now considered “Ranks” instead of “Levels” to reduce confusion with player levels.
Adjusted damage_level_scaling plugin to be Legendary instead of Epic.
I'm also considering doing another update in a couple of weeks that'll include some actual new content, maybe a new weapon, new enemy or something like that. Just to take the edge off while you all wait for the full release.
Other than that, some big milestones were hit that I really wasn't too sure would happen. 38,000 Wishlists! I really really wanted to hit 30k before release and it's well beyond that now, some of the videos below were a huge help in reaching this point.
Indie Game Hub featured the trailer and it became one of their most viewed videos with nearly 250,000 Views!
Favij played, and loved it!
Vinny from Vinesauce also got there, maybe from a Joel recc?
KYRSP33DY
and fellow New Zealander Chiblee got in there!
Also a huge huge shoutout to the InterfaceX26 Festival, happening right now

If you're here for this game, you'll probably love some of the bangers included in here.
Stay followed, wishlisted and connected through socials for the more spicy updates (actually) soon.
Thank you all so much,
