Patch 0.26.3 released

As happens every so often, a crash on startup that affects a significant portion of players went undetected during the unstable phase. It is related to GLFW 3.

It is related to GLFW 3.3 so we're rolling back to the previous version, which means a rare bug with multiple monitors setups is reintroduced. Please note that the save format has changed significantly, and while old saves should convert flawlessly, please report anything unusual such as missing objects. Patch Notes 0.26.3
