v1.0.6.x bugfixes and tweaks

[major] * Evolution requirements are now visible by default * Added a cross-character quest in Kernel Dump (Tami/Rika) to give more in-game info about breeding Tama * Gifting favorite items now has a chance to set Tama's capture chance to 100% immediately

[minor] * Increased elemental resistance upgrades to 30% resistance * Honeybee Passive tweak (more Beebee on the team = more Honey) * Expanded Fowlhoo's level-up techset * Fixed Overworld Tama shadow sprites * Flatland visual tweaks * Serpehyr Wisdom affinity set to 90% * French language bugfixes and tweaks

I'll focus on translating the game and the Mythicals Expansion from now on, and any patches between now and then will only be for emergency bugs, if any pop up. The Expansion will come out sometime before the March Spring Sale, or at the very start of it.
