Steam Screenshot added to record all of Hounderick's crimes

• Added the steam screenshot functionality from the steam overlay but not the steam overlay itself (cuz it doesnt work in vx ace)

You can change the screenshot key in the menu options in the game or in the game.ini file and decide whether you want the screenshot to save in steam or in the game root folder. (F12 doesn't work for now because it's set as the key that immediately returns you to the title screen in rpg maker.)

• Fixed hounderick turning into a newspaper if he leaves the train with a costume on.
