  • Multiple Crash Fixes.

  • Added a failsafe for save game corruption that can occur if the game crashes while autosaving.

🧪 Quality of Life Improvements

  • We improved the Patient Protocol to show which Diagnoses are not unlocked yet. You will unlock more of these diagnoses by naturally progressing through the game and leveling up.

  • Callout DirectorWe significantly reduced the likelihood of the same callout triggering multiple times in a row and also increased the chances of callouts spawning in your shift’s starting district. (It is still possible for Callouts to spawn in neighboring Districts). Additionally, if a new Callout type has been unlocked, then this Callout type is always guaranteed to spawn in the next shift.
  • Increased the speed of new Unlocks during earlier Levels.

  • The Game will now be paused when you open the Handbook.

  • Changed the Layout of the Waterfront HQ base to make it less likely to be boxed in by traffic when a new shift starts.

  • Reduced the number of Delivery Trucks in the City.

  • Added a “Reset to Default” Button to the Settings menu.

  • Added an info Box to Game Over Screens informing players that they can change the Game Over settings.

  • Made the Partner less chatty during Treatment.

  • Difficulty for Catastrophic events has been adjusted for slightly easier S-Scores.
