addedFor this purpose, new assets have been added, such as first-aid kits and bandages. At the same time, the hospital now has countless layout variations . The objects on display change from turn to turn, so the area no longer always looks the same.
addedThe staff has also been expanded: from now on, Elisabeth will no longer be running the hospital on her own. More nurses and doctors are now looking after the wounded and sick. They move around the hospital, treating soldiers, washing their hands or cleaning clothes. There are also a few new animations for the patients themselves.
changedAnother key aspect of the revamp is the dynamic representation of capacity : the more crowded the hospital becomes, the more chaotic it should appear. More beds are occupied, additional assets are visible, and nurses and doctors rush about in bloodstained and dirty clothing, moving more hectically from place to place and taking fewer breaks.
fixedAs part of this work, a number of minor visual adjustments have also been made outside the hospital. Soldiers now become dirtier the more exhausted they are in the trenches and in battle. There is also a new 'fast walk' animation in the camp and soldiers move at different speeds in battle, depending on attributes such as swift or slow . A few buggy animations have been fixed and other minor details adjusted.
