added✈️ Patch Version 1.0.43 🛠️At the start of the game, after you've placed the substance sniffer, there's the quest to find a suitcase with an illegal substance and process it "correctly". That means bringing it either to the police or to Risky-Rolf. The problem is that we kept observing players trip over the fact that, at this point, it isn't yet really clear that these suitcases that go to the police also have to be scanned red. The issue then is that if the suitcase is sent away unscanned, the quest doesn't count as completed, and it can take unexpectedly long until a new suitcase with illegal substances randomly appears. To smooth this out, a new suitcase with illegal substances now keeps appearing until the quest has been completed correctly, so that we don't build up too much frustration here and lose players this early in the game.

We heard about this from you again and again, and thanks to all the feedback and your logs we could finally trace it back to the junk not really being gone until you restarted the game.

This led to some ugly errors. We've fixed it so that you can now actually set "---", and that means, as expected, that there is NO filtering.

Full flexibility for all sorters:

Time and again we got feedback that, for some sorters, the available configurations of inputs and outputs aren't enough to build with them intuitively or in a space-saving way.

That's why it's now possible to cycle through all possible combinations on every sorter with [X]. We got this feedback especially about the airport sorters, because unfortunately it was cumbersome so far to switch them through nicely in a row. Now that works! :)

New app in the tablet: Errors

Time and again we got feedback that it isn't entirely clear why baggage sometimes wasn't handed over correctly, and that many of you wish you could better understand what actually goes wrong there. That's why you'll now find an app in the tablet where all the facts about every error you newly make from this version on can be looked up and traced.

This also helps us going forward to pin down exactly whether there's still a bug somewhere, or whether someone simply assigned a suitcase incorrectly.

Here's an example in which a suitcase that's actually too heavy was mistakenly thrown into the exit for invalid stickers.

  • In Farmbrook we got feedback a few times that building parts or pieces of baggage could disappear at the raised spots in the floor. We've made the floor thicker at these spots now, so this problem should no longer occur.

  • The home upgrades in the bedroom mistakenly gave both more XP and UP; that wasn't intended. They now only give an XP bonus, exactly as the description states.

  • It's no longer possible to rotate the camera in the background while the pause menu is open.

  • There were cases where the TV in the hallway in Terminal 1, which teases the new jobs, unexpectedly was visible through the door.

  • The door to Günther Gewinn in Hall 1 couldn't be closed all that easily, because an invisible object was in the way.

  • The green checkmark on the automatic scanner for valid suitcases was rotated the wrong way around.

  • On the texture of the sorter for overweight suitcases, the weight symbols were rotated the wrong way around.
