fixed✈️ Patch Version 1.0.35 🛠️Automatic storage for baggage carts: There's now a new upgrade on the baggage cart that you can unlock via the upgrade menu (look at the baggage cart and press [X]). Once you buy this upgrade, you'll have a new fully automatic storage module right next to the baggage cart. It comes with a few neat features: Steam post image - It can load the baggage cart automatically and will only throw in suitcases that match the active flight at the gate. - It has a handy connection for your conveyor belt automation that works more reliably than loading the baggage carts with the thrower (even if that does look cool). - With 12 slots for suitcases it holds more than the regular storage. - It's placed outside the existing build grid, which means it's automatically compatible with your existing setups. - It unloads about 3 suitcases per second into the baggage cart, as many as will fit (roughly up to 10, depending on which baggage types are currently around). That means even when your gate is already fully automated, you can fairly easily get rid of surplus suitcases that have piled up over time. This upgrade costs you $800 and 16 UP wrenches. We hope it helps you build a satisfying connection from your automation to the baggage carts and clear out your old surplus suitcases. Baggage carts: We've increased the number of slots that suitcases automatically snap to when you throw them into the baggage cart from 6 to 9. We've also made the box you have to throw into, so the suitcases snap to a fixed position in the baggage cart, bigger. That means you don't have to aim quite as precisely and it's easier to load more than 6 suitcases into the cart. Quick stowing of building parts: Many of you have reached out to us because it annoys you that, once the backpack is unlocked, other building parts keep getting picked up accidentally while you're collecting suitcases. That's why there's now a new setting that lets you define more precisely how this should behave. There are three options: 1) All building parts can be quickly collected with [Q] 2) All building parts except storage and tables can be quickly collected with [Q] 3) No building parts can be quickly collected with [Q] Steam post image We hope this lets everyone adjust the behavior so it fits their play style. Option 2 is the new default after you install the update. The reason is that we got an especially large amount of feedback about people accidentally collecting tables or their entire fully packed storage with [Q] when they really only wanted to grab a single suitcase. Better display of upgrades: Many of you wished that we would, first, improve how you can tell what's inside parcels and, second, give you a way to see which upgrades the various building parts already have. For the upgrades, we've expanded the little text you've always seen when looking at building parts. Here's an impression: Steam post image For parcels, we've adjusted things so that you also see this label when looking at a parcel lying on the floor, and we've added a nice sticker on top that contains the same information again. Here's an impression of that as well: Steam post image New baggage exits are now locked while the promotion is missing: We've repeatedly gotten feedback from you, and also observed it while watching streams, that the state in which you've unlocked a new extension with a new baggage exit is super confusing. That's why the new baggage exit is now locked until you've actually bought the promotion and relevant baggage appears at that exit. Steam post image Quest marker to Deco-Denise: We've been asked fairly often how you actually get decoration points and complete the first quest about it. That's why there's now a new yellow quest marker during this quest that leads you to Deco-Denise, as long as you don't have any decoration points yet. Balancing: The quest to reach the promotion to "Master" requires you to send 40 suitcases to "DEL". "DEL", however, is at a gate where flights to "DEL" or "AMS" come in at random. In rare cases (when someone had really bad luck) this led to all other conditions for the Master quest being long since done, while things just wouldn't move forward with the "DEL" suitcases because the wrong ones kept coming in. We've tweaked this a bit: it's now the case that, as long as this quest is active, the chance for "DEL" suitcases is 80% instead of just the usual 50%. Fixes & improvements: - The decoration level in the promotion tab was briefly displayed incorrectly after it increased, this meant the requirement to unlock a promotion was shown as unfulfilled in some cases, even though it was not. This is fixed now. - The weight scanner's beam jittered slightly while walking around. It doesn't anymore. - When you held down the scan key on the weight scanner and the scan was finished, the progress bar and the white box on the label weren't hidden. That's now fixed and feels a bit smoother. - We've reworked a few descriptions: the dispenser now clearly points out that it places suitcases on a table if there's room, and the small corner is now clearly called "Corner (small)" instead of "Turntable", because we kept seeing players overlook that a small corner exists at all. Community screenshots: As of today there's a new channel on our Discord where you can share screenshots of your setups or other moments. I'll be sprinkling these into the news every now and then. Today's comes from MiTuZa from our Discord server, who kicked the whole thing off: Steam post image With [F6] you can activate screenshot mode in the game! :)

📢 Announcement from the Terminal! 📢

We've kept gathering your feedback attentively and have brought you our first slightly bigger patch since release today. Here are the details:

✈️ Patch Version 1.0.35 🛠️

Automatic storage for baggage carts

There's now a new upgrade on the baggage cart that you can unlock via the upgrade menu (look at the baggage cart and press [X]). Once you buy this upgrade, you'll have a new fully automatic storage module right next to the baggage cart.

It comes with a few neat features

Steam post image - It can load the baggage cart automatically and will only throw in suitcases that match the active flight at the gate.

Baggage carts

We've increased the number of slots that suitcases automatically snap to when you throw them into the baggage cart from 6 to 9. We've also made the box you have to throw into, so the suitcases snap to a fixed position in the baggage cart, bigger. That means you don't have to aim quite as precisely and it's easier to load more than 6 suitcases into the cart.

Quick stowing of building parts

Many of you have reached out to us because it annoys you that, once the backpack is unlocked, other building parts keep getting picked up accidentally while you're collecting suitcases. That's why there's now a new setting that lets you define more precisely how this should behave.

There are three options

The reason is that we got an especially large amount of feedback about people accidentally collecting tables or their entire fully packed storage with [Q] when they really only wanted to grab a single suitcase.

Better display of upgrades

That's why the new baggage exit is now locked until you've actually bought the promotion and relevant baggage appears at that exit.

Steam post image Quest marker to Deco-Denise

We've been asked fairly often how you actually get decoration points and complete the first quest about it. That's why there's now a new yellow quest marker during this quest that leads you to Deco-Denise, as long as you don't have any decoration points yet.
