Age After Age changes
Another patch for the demo is out.
Patch Note
Features:
Added a new patronage debt system, allowing players to borrow gold from patrons when they need financial support.
Improved worker management with a new slider and manual number input.
Buildings of the same type are now highlighted during selection and placement, including unfinished buildings.
Added a building counter to the HUD and changed building arrows to white for better readability.
Gold information in the HUD is now clickable and opens the Budget page in the Book.
Updated naming for quests and tasks.
Improved task guidance: tasks with placement arrows now snap to the target building widget.
Reworked the alarm system with clearer color states and grouped alarms when a building has more than four active alerts.
Removed the clay production button from the Clay Pit.
Added a settings toggle to automatically pause the game when the game window loses focus.
Added citizen lore information to the Demands tab.
Added a toggle in the Demands tab to switch between citizen lore and citizen class demands.
Improved citizen needs visualization in the Demands tab.
Improved building highlight rules for selection, placement, and area-of-effect previews.
The research button highlight is now removed after new research has been checked.
Added a final confirmation window with a timer before applying settings changes.
The “X” button on construction sites now closes the window instead of canceling construction.
Added more information to the Laboratory window.
Added a notification when the Laboratory reaches the research points cap.
Added fast travel from research requirements to required buildings and next-step researches.
Moved the gold cost closer to the research boost button, making the price clearer before spending.
Task objectives can now be clicked to focus the camera on the target.
Research requirement descriptions now use a clearer red texture for missing needs.
Added a new notification when the administration limit isn't distributed.
The Woodcutter’s Hut area-of-effect widget now shows the number of trees in range.
Added camera sensitivity and camera smoothing settings.
Wood planks and bricks are now required for building repairs.

What we will be doing next
We will be focusing on the upcoming GC (GamesCom) event, so patched for demo will be come lighter and less often. We want to prepare something special for the event.
