Goooooooood morning/afternoon/evening to all!
As this is our first post to Steam, we won't be revealing anything grand just yet but instead will share a bit of basic info about us and our goals for Against All Skies.
We started this project in Q2 2025 here in Helsinki. We all knew we wanted to make a party-based RPG of some kind but there were far too many (incredible) inspirations to draw upon. We also knew we wanted to play around with turn-based combat, so we built a fun paper prototype with the idea of mixing different decks of cards together and off we went!
It's honestly unbelievable to think that it's now been a year since the project's birth and we're really excited for the rest of the journey.
Steam Playtest has been available since a very early stage and it's been hugely helpful to refine with player feedback, so come join if you'd like to follow our progress and we look forward to sharing more as we get closer to our official demo this year!
