Active Soccer 3 Is Out Now – Version 1.0!

Active Soccer 3 has officially left Early Access!

Today marks the full release of Active Soccer 3.

To celebrate the launch of version 1.0, the game is available with a 10% discount for the next 7 days.

When Active Soccer first entered Early Access, I already felt it was a good game and that its simcade direction had a lot of potential. However, after playing it extensively, I also felt that the bar could be raised much higher.

So I kept working on it.

For version 1.0, a significant part of the code was rewritten and refined, particularly the match engine. I worked hard to improve the game in every area until I finally reached a point where I was genuinely satisfied with how it felt on the pitch.

I know the wait for the full release has been long, but I truly believe it was worth it.

The game has now found its own strong identity. Active Soccer 3 is a true simcade football game: fast, accessible and responsive, but with enough depth to let you play real football.

Arcade freedom, without scripts

There are no rails forcing the ball towards a predetermined destination and no scripted actions deciding the outcome for you.

You choose the direction, power, height and curve of your passes and shots. Every move must be created and earned on the pitch.

Once you become familiar with the controls, you can build tiki-taka moves, launch counter-attacks, play one-twos, use a striker to hold up the ball, make overlapping runs, switch the play and create chances in many different ways.

Mistakes are also part of the game. A badly aimed pass will be misplaced, an overpowered shot can fly over the bar, and choosing the wrong option can immediately give your opponent a chance to counter.

That freedom is at the heart of Active Soccer 3.
