Publish A Shadow Cast on Water Roadmap

Hi, I wanted to share a detailed development schedule and roadmap. Please note that this schedule is an optimistic target and may actually take a bit longer.

changed( 1. Detective Notebook ) This system will be used to make it easier to manage the keywords you have already acquired. You can record the information at the time of acquisition and check it again, and you can easily select keywords to use using the UI.
added( 2. User Status & Inventory UI ) A UI is added to check the stats and current status of the character created by the user. In addition, an inventory will be added where you can check and use your acquired items.
added( 4. Insanity System ) This is a kind of debuff system that can be obtained through judgment when the user's sanity level reaches a certain level (70,50,25%). The 1st debuffs is a simple debuff that doesn't affect play much. Tier 2nd debuffs are more disruptive and penalize certain actions. Tier 3rd debuffs will consist of debuffs that are significantly disruptive to play and have a bit of theatrics that can be shocking.
added( 5. ~Day 4 Complete the story ) Complete the story that is stuck on Day 1, and add an ending. I'm thinking of multiple endings, and I'm thinking of 3 main endings with slightly different details.
added( 6. Additional Directing & Content ) This is a task to enrich the game by adding cutscenes, standing illustrations, gore effects, etc. for battles and story progression.
added( 7. Final inspection & Add a language ) We will be doing a final inspection and adding various languages before the game is officially released. The languages we are currently thinking about are Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, and Russian, which may expand or contract further.

Hi, I wanted to share a detailed development schedule and roadmap.

Please note that this schedule is an optimistic target and may actually take a bit longer.

However, we'll try to stick to the schedule as much as possible, and even if we run into problems, we'll still be working hard to complete development within 2023.

The detailed schedule is as follows

( 3. Turn-based combat system ) The game will be based on the turn-based combat system of TRPGs. The combat will be balanced to be difficult enough to encourage dodging if possible.

This is the detailed timeline we are currently planning, and it is subject to change. But we'll do our best to keep everything on schedule and functional.
