Update on Chapter One!

Wow! It's been nearly a month since the demo build of my game was published to Steam! Since it's release, a few folks have been asking if there's any news on the full version and what to expect, so here it is!

For the first question, to sum it up, the games development has been going smoothly, in fact, I'm working on the final boss of Chapter One! I do have a few screenshots taken from Chapter One, give them a look! (Please note that everything you see is subject to change!)

This is a mockup of the final boss! Nothing is final and a LOT is subject to change! I've had to censor our main antagonist of Chapter One for the sake of avoiding spoilers, you'll all have to see this demonic shapeshifting abomination when Chapter One full releases! ;)

This image is from a part in the game where you need to solve a few puzzle to access this super spoopy secret door! Believe it or not, this map is one of the first maps ever made of my game way back in 2022, I've added a LOT of improvements since it was first created.

Finally, we have another flashback scene of baby Sheldon at the doctors office, that rain really did get to him when he first arrived...

For the second question, what can you expect in the full version? A lot of new improvements! When the Early Access first dropped, a lot of people didn't really like the combat mechanism, so recently, I've been cooking up some new ideas to help make the combat more fun and less confusing! Another thing I'd like to add is in the full version, quite a bit of dialogue has been changed or is submit to change, such as John's creepy speech, what happens if you enter the ladies restroom and fixing up a few typo's! A few characters names are also going to be changed, with Queast's name being changed to something else, as a lot of people stated that her name felt silly, unrealistic and overall goofy. One more thing I'd like to state is there will be LOT'S more interactive NPC's, such as the school will have more students/teachers and will have more rooms!
