A Directionless Cycle changes
It's now been one year since A Directionless Cycle's release! It's been quite the hectic year, but I've managed to pull through for now. I've been hard at work with my other projects, with some seeing more progress than others. I can't wait to share what I've been cooking up with you all!
The game has never been in a better state, and I'm happy to let it stay this way for a while. One of the few "major" changes that are planned currently are only rebinding, and some "extra" content, but work is nowhere close to being started. Anniversary Sale!!!
To celebrate the game's anniversary, the game is 50% off during this summer sale! (Get it while you can, tell your friends!!) This is currently its biggest sale yet, and will be reserved for anniversary or important events.
Update Changelog
Once again, full game spoilers!
Added save slots to the main menu. (This was long overdue!)
Up to 4 save slots, compatible with steam cloud.
Settings persists per slot, in case you're playing through steam family!
Using the endgame
code to activate move trials now opens up the trial's menu automatically.
In Spanish, first time translations will no longer have weird selectors.
Fixed Spanish typos in multiple rooms.
Fully translated the
dev room
to Spanish.
Fixed an instance where dialog would
still be displayed even after completing the game.
Miscellaneous, very small dialog changes in some areas.
Changed opacity/gradation of in-game settings menu to a darker tone.
Touched up
"Bonus Levels"
scene's graphics.
Edited bounding boxes of some settings UI elements.
Optimization fixes (cache mostly)
Added a misc keyboard interaction.
Switched around names and added outlines on "Credits" scene for better navigation.
